Order Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing the trader. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us. To exercise this right, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation provided that the returned goods have been received in good order.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 working days of purchase at our webshop.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary depending of the chosen shipment (regular or express). Average shipping time is about 1 to 3 working days. Your tracking number will be updated live after your order has been shipped.
We encourage you to notify us of complaints by sending an email to email@example.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to sign up for dispute by the ODR Platform. From February 15, 2016 it is for EU consumers possible to submit complaints using the ODR platform of the European Commission.
